1. Digital Products

All our Excel sheets, PDFs, guides, ebooks and downloadable materials are considered “used” once they are accessed or downloaded. Therefore, we typically do not offer refunds once the purchase is completed. However, we are committed to your satisfaction and will review any issues on a case-by-case basis to ensure a fair resolution.

2. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only under the following specific circumstances:

Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, we will refund the second transaction if reported within 24 hours.
Technical Issues: If you are unable to access the content due to a verified technical error on our part that we cannot resolve within 72 hours of being notified.
Non-delivery: If you have not received your product on email or WhatsApp within 24 hours of successful payment and our support team is unable to deliver it.

3. Cancellation Policy
